Chair to be responsible for F.O.M. points calculations and awarding of certificates.

Committee members to liaise at regular Club meetings with official Committee Meetings only scheduled where necessary.

Any new rules proposed to be discussed by the Committee and if agreed to be put to the vote at the next Club meeting.

Any member may put forward suggestions for Committee discussion.
